Refund policy

All sales at Midsandlows.com & Mids&Lows retail store are final.

We have a select number of articles that are curated by our in-house team which means exchange is not possible. However you can email us with your query and in the case of us having your desired size in the SAME product we will do the needful.

If you have any such requests please inform us within 7 days of receiving the order and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Exchange can ONLY be accepted if product is in its original condition with box,tags,packaging intact. Only for size exchange if the size required by you is unavailable we will give store credit which can be used at checkout on our online store on the payment page which will be valid for a period of 90 days from the product being delivered back to our warehouse in New Delhi.

All exchange shipping on both sides to be borne on the customers end. i.e. Shipping the article back to us as well as bearing the shipping charges for the exchanged article to be disptached.

REFUNDS are only processed in case of manufacturing defects and fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items/ shipment is stolen.

In the case of such occurrence customers SHOULD inform us ONLY via email at hello@midsandlows.com  within 24 hours of the order being delivered at the address mentioned at the time of placing the order, post which Mids&Lows will not be responsible for the above mentioned reasons and hence, refunds will not be possible.
